We were in the market to buy a house and interested in Avana Alviso 70. So called up the \sales counselor\ Sara OOOh to set up an appointment. She mentioned that she can only give an appointment after a month and that too we need to get the pre-approval. Are you kidding me? You want us to do all this just to meet you and have a quick chat? She did invite us to look at the model house and tour it on our own. We did go there to see the model house and met Sara. She spoke to us for 2 minutes, said she will email/call etc. took our details and vanished. Never heard back! If this is the way I'm treated now I can't imagine how I would be treated if I buy something from her. No thanks, we closed a 600k house in some other community with a better sales person.

They have not updated their Google location. Map takes you to different place. Overpriced. The sales representative was average to rude.
