After looking a several cars my son ask to test drive a car, but car wouldn’t start at all the guy said it was a dead battery, so my son ask to test drive another vehicle it also didn’t start at all they said it was a dead battery. Then they show him a vehicle that they just got that same day and my son said yes he wanted the car, but they said it wasn’t ready yet and they will hold it for him. Miguel told my son that the car my son wanted wasn’t ready and it would be ready the next day he will hold the car for him. That he can pick up the vehicle the next day. Today when my son call they told him the car was sold. Can’t trust what they said. Bad business !!! The only reason we went to this place because of the good reviews. But I guess they are fake reviews!

So here is the story: On my way to work in morning and my vehicle gives out. Granted it had been good to me for the last 5 years, and I knew it was on its last legs. However, it was still unexpected and it put in a bind. You know how this things work, it always happens @ the worst time. Meaning my finances and credit were not where they needed to be in order to purchase a new car. Visited 5 different places before finding this amazing place, 2 said they couldn't help me after running my credit and the other 3 wanted 2K as a down payment. Decided to try Auto Market of Florida, lo and behold I was approved in less than 15 minutes with a 700 down payment! A great year car, I am EXTREMELY satisfied with how they treated me and the vehicle I took home. They didnt treat me like my past but instead saw that I make the income and took a chance on me. A good chance because I will definitely be paying on time and they have a customer for life. Come to Auto Market of Florida!

I’m not the one to write reviews or complain. However, today I had a problem. My car keys along with the keys to my apartment accidentally got flushed down the toilet. I called AMF to see if there was any way they could help me. Most dealers carry a second key, I figured they’d give me one. I spoke with a guy on the phone, I can never remember his name and he was absolutely rude and said that they can’t do nothing about it. He gave me the service departments number and said to call. I called and they were closed. I called AMF back and they never answered. It’s like the guy on the phone didn’t care, I’m sure he was aware that they weren’t open. I was stranded for over three hours trying to figure out how to get into my car and get it started. Eventually, I found a locksmith to come and make me a new key, mind you my car is push to start so I spent about 400 for a key. Not to toot my own horn but I’m an amazing client I pay my car early every month. I had this car for a little over a year and never missed a payment. I’m extremely disappointed in their customer service and I feel let down. They got to do better with assisting they clients. *complaint over*
