0 STAR BUNCH OF FRAUDS! First and foremost this company is selling salvage title cars! I was sold a vehicle that was involved in two severe car accidents in the state of Louisiana (one resulted in a fatality) also ruled out as a total lost. However, it made it way to Florida and fixed up nicely and sold to no other than myself! They lied about the amount that I put down to the financing company; and caused me to commit perjury because the insurance company asks you these questions from the beginning! Thank GOD for receipts and documentation. In addition to that I asked if the car was involved in a accident and was told "NO!" then I was handed a 'MY CARFAX REPORT" which doesn't indicate any car accidents on there because it only focuses on servicing! I wouldn't be surprise if they end up in jail! I will make sure that they will never sell another car in any state! When I pulled up the real CARFAX report that is when I knew that these people committed fraud! They have been reported to BBB and out of the 12 reports they received only 1 has been fixed! F R A U D!!!!!!! This was updated again on 8-29-18 I am still awaiting a call back- Four calls LATER! This will not go away! They asked if I would remove my review and they would help me well I kept getting the female receptionist and I was transferred to Nathan and I never got through.... Look at how my door doesn't shut it is misaligned; the metal part to the lower door flew off on the highway as I was leaving the car shop; then they hammered the door in themselves look at the Rogue logo how bad they damaged it to get the door to close. Not to mention the passenger side door swing opens when I drive!

Went in to purchase a 2016 Ford Expedition that based on the photos and salesman's description was pristine. When I arrived I found mismatched mirrors. A fender flair that was coming off the vehicle and you could see the cheap adhesive that was used when they glued it back on. The interior was disgusting. Brakes were very worn. There was many many scratches. The dealer was like blind to all of this even when confronted they tried to play it off. Then when standing in the parking lot deciding if I wanted to just leave or if I'd give them a chance to reduce the price considerably I figured better run the car fax. Boy am I glad I did upon running the car fax I discovered the vehicle was in a roll over accident. Very shady business buyer beware. In addition to your reply you didn't show me the car fax I ran it myself you fool! Next I didn't expect to purchase a 0 mile vehicle but certainly didn't expect to pay top book value for a 2 year old car with all that damage. You have an F with the BBB! Doesn't that speak for itself? I'm in the logistics and transportation industry and if we tried to do business like this no one would work with us.
Great service I went there they help me out with my payments. Never expected it, but it was better than what I expected. I will highly recommend this business to anyone. They are very HONEST!!.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a car here... FORD FUSION 2016. I got into a accident my air bags didn’t deploy!!! I gave the dealership a chance to help me with another car no help at all.. all they cared about was the car getting hit and the damage... VERY RUDE. never contact you even if you contact them. Keep you on hold for hours. They lie lie lie. I’m pretty sure the car has been in a accident before. Because for the car not to even brake when the car was involved in the accident the AVS was out most likely also. I was a young girl getting a car on her own for the first time and took advantage. The lied about my mom information. They put her passport number as her social and only found this out through the bank when I needed to pay the rest of the car off from this crappy dealership! I would say go to a regular dealer ship you’ll get a better deal and more help and actually you’ll pay for what you deserve.

Bernie was my sales guy and he was great. I have had my car for a month now and I had a small problem with my car and i called Bernie and he said bring in the car. They fixed the issue and I am good to go. Everyone there is friendly and easy to work with. I would send my family or friends there to buy a car.
Do you want your money stolen? How about "buying" a car you're not gonna own since you won't receive the car title? READ THE REVIEWS, be smart and stay away. DO NOT TRADE YOUR CAR IN! They will lie and tell you they will pay for the remaining debt on your old car. They actually receive the money from the financer, keep it for themselves and leave you paying for TWO cars, one that you dont even own anymore. They are crooks and even the businesses around them tell us they are always dealing with legal issues and the police. Read the reviews, look at how they answer people. They are extremely unprofessional and rude to their customers. We will be taking legal action against the owners of the business, not the business itself. Seems like these guys change company name often.
This place was horrible. I had to call 5 times before I got someone decent. Every time I called whoever answered the phone would tell me something crazy, then I would have my brother call and they were pleasant to him and told him something different from what they told me. The first time I called someone told me they never heard of test driving the car. CRAZY! The crazy thing is they had the cars I wanted. I would have had my car quicker if they were better. I would recommend Marlo. She was very pleasant and helpful. I wish I had spoke to her first.
