Matt P was quickly able to determine whether we needed to recharge or replace our battery. We needed to replace it so he looked up an appropriate battery for our make, model,and year of car. Matt replaced the battery for us and we were soon on our way. I had another question about our wipers which he also answered for me. Matt was knowledgeable, polite, and well spoken. Thank you, Matt for taking good care of us!

They wouldn't honor the warranty on the battery I purchased there. The help was rather rude about it. I changed numbers and couldn't remember my old number for the warranty, so I'm basically out 150 I'll take my business to advanced auto, pep boys or wherever
