Too bad a ZERO Star rating isn’t available!!Horrible customer service in Midlothian! Sold the WRONG overpriced bulb for a headlight! When a return was needed to get the correct one they then charged 160 for one bulb! The correct bulb was then found on Amazon 2 for 48. After a third trip to the store the manager FINALLY reluctantly refunded the 160 after first refusing and only offering store credit! His rude condescending attitude prompted this review. Avoid this location!

This team cares! Hands down the Management from this store sets such an example and it reflects with the employees who take the time to get to know you. Small town feel in a growing city. Vance and the team at this Autozone is amazing!
Only AutoZone I deal with.... because they're the best. I have an AutoZone 3 miles from me but I drive the 13 miles for this store.
If I could give this location zero stars I would. I bought a lifetime warranty starter back in 2015 and it just recently went out. I was in a pinch and had to buy another starter at a different parts store. I called and verified if I was able to get a refund and explained the situation to Tracy I believe that was her name about it. She said they would be able too. I was going to try make in that day but I had a few things that came up and wasn’t able to make till a week after. When I went to this location I was dealing with Bonnie I explained the same situation that I just needed a refund since a already about another starter. She very rudely told that she couldn’t do it because it was a used part. I told her I know because it has been on my truck for five years since I bought from y’all. She said she could exchange for a another one but told her I have one already and just needed a refund. After a back and fourth on this I had to walked because I was soooo angry and felt so disrespected mainly because I was lied too. I will be calling corporate and raising hell about this. This is completely unacceptable. She does not need to be working there if she does not know how to do her job. I will no longer will be going to this location because of her and will advise everyone I know to stay away.
