Great experience. Clarence showed me a great deal and helped satisfy my needs. Very knowledgeable! He showed great customer service and expertise with product knowledge and current promotions. I’m glad I went up to him and asked for help! I will be back in near future and will only ask for him! He even helped me try out a rear seat cover! He was genuinely one of the nicest guys I came across. Autozone is lucky to have him as an employee
I come here every once in a while to get the odd detailing item or some shop towels. The staff are helpful and know the products fairly well. If prices were a little better I'd come here more often. They do run sales and promotions which helps. Location is super convenient for me and saves me from running to the back of the often busy Harahan Walmart when all I need is one or two things.
Staff was nice. But they ripped off parts to connect my battery, while pulling in the battery cable vigorously, and now I have to hire a mechanic to fix it. They rigged it badly. I’m towing it. It ran just fine when I arrived. I just needed a new battery. thanks AutoZone.
