I have been going to Hand and Stone for a long time, but I recently moved so the closest one is over an hour away. We'll worth the drive!! No matter how much tension I have, Daniel is able to get all of it released. This was my 3rd visit and definitely not my last!

I am in LOVE. Haley knows her stuff! She really went to work on my dry aging skin! She did the pro power peel with red and green light therapy. Two days later even better than when I left! Wow! I was amazed at how my skin looks so youthful at 48!

I was lucky enough to find Hand and stone last fall and have been going ever since. The therapists are all extremely professional and ensure they customize the massage to your specific needs while offering tips to keep muscles from getting too tense again. The rooms are super clean too! Highly recommend!

Place was very clean, staff was polite, attentive and knowledgeable. I was given a choice of water or coconut water. Scott was talking to me during the session, and focused on areas important to me. Definitely coming back in future.

Purchased multiple gift cards for my wife at Christmas. She previously used one gift card and no issues making an appointment . Today she called up and tried to book an appointment and was asked for a credit card. She told the assistant manager that we don't give a CC over the phone and assistant manager wouldn't book appointment wit out a CC period . My wife told her again we have several gift cards and she seemed not to care and again asked for a credit card to book appointment no exceptions . I get it, but not giving a credit card over phone to someone to write down and leave laying around is not a secure way of doing business period in todays world. They would rather refund our money on gift cards then retain us a loyal customers. That fine! Extremely poor management skills and lack of options to offer a customer. Surely Kassie the owner is unaware of how her management represents her and her business and management didn't even offer a solution to book an appointment or retain our business. The poor assistant manager checked with her manager and no solution was offered from her manager. Not upset with the assistant manager more upset that owner would have a manager over her that doesn't lead or provide solutions to her. Poor people skills from manager and trying to handle it different in real world situations and resolutions.

I hadn’t had a massage in a year because of covid and I finally had to book one. I recently moved and my previous go to spot is now an hour away so I decided to try hand & stone. It was a good experience. Booking online was easy. They gave you the option to complete forms ahead of time which saves . The lobby was welcoming, bright and clean. The desk staff were friendly. My massage therapist was Torisaun and she was great! She listened to my needs and because it’d been over a year she kept asking if the pressure was okay which I appreciated. I didn’t go with the intention of signing up for the membership, but I did. The price was more than reasonable and the fact that there is no commitment term is what sold me. If you’re questioning going, go.
