Perfectly good place to go skating. The crowd there was all friendly. only a few little things kept it from the five star rating. While it doesn't interfere with the skating at all, the aesthetic is a little bit hurt by the absence of any recent carpet cleaning. Their rollerblade selection is also a little lacking. They do have a bunch of fun little arcade games for kids where you get tickets and can trade them in for surprises. They have some snacks like pizza and soda. The skate rink is great with a little area in the center for kids. They also have the rolling PVC structures that kids can hold on to when they're learning. We will certainly go back.

Temperature Checks were not done on everyone. Mask requirements were not enforced. Adult Staff was rude and condensing. Young Child staff acted as bullies to skaters, ran in to people, were skating very fast and decided to threaten people. Many of the lockers were not working. Bathrooms were dirty and had no dry toilet paper, the paper that was there was in the bowl. Lock on Stalls didn't work, didn't have soap The Food was ok for a Sake rink.. but it took me 10 minutes to place my order, The person manning the counter didn't pay attention. It took far to long to get my food and I had to go back and get it. The tables in the eating area had many tables that were broken and the top did not stay still. The Music was very heavy on the base (to the point where it hurt my chest) and the selection of the music was in appropriate for a family location. Almost all of the music had cursing in or sexual context. The large screen they had usually had videos that were in appropriate for anyone under 18. I attempted to bring this up to the staff and I was given the finger in response. **edit to respond to owner** I SAW, about 10 people get in out a temperature check. There were NO police onsite, if there were the fight that happened would have been addressed differently. I did bring it up to staff that the lockers were not working. If your staff is not on the floor, then who are the kids in your hats running round and threatening to kick other kids off the floor. Yes I was given the finger, being religious does not mean things don't go wrong. If you were religious I would have expected music with out cursing in it, and the image of the woman in underwear is proof of that. When ever I tried to talk to any of your staff they were snotty, rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. I WILL NOT be giving you another chance.
Very pricey but not a very busy rink. Wish floor was polished and really really wish they had a DJ or at least played good music. They have plenty people working but nobody ever helps all young just wanting to hang out. Really need to step their game up.
We had a ton of fun here. Only reason it's not 5 stars is becauae some of the staff was pretty rude. Also the interior could use some renovation, that didn't really affect our enjoyment of the place
Had a nice going away get together for my daughter. They had a nice time, however most of the games were out of service.
