They kept me informed. Gave me my options and a car to drive while my car was out of service. They even found a rebate I applied for and will receive. The mechanic who worked on my car(Jaime), worked diligently to get me back in my car. He is the best. I trust him greatly. He has worked on my car since I started bringing it to O'Neill's.

Poor customer service. I’m new to the area and needed emissions testing preformed on my vehicle. I searched for local businesses and O’Neils was close so I decide to go here. Upon arriving to the location, I wasn’t sure where to go within the property to get the test done. All the garage bays were open so I ask one of the employees who directs me to a folding table and tells me to sign in. By the looks of the sign in sheet, I was the first person there. I wait for about 10 minutes and a male comes up to me asking for my keys and where my vehicle was parked. After telling him where my vehicle was parked he lectured me on where to park as there was designated spots for emissions testing. I explained how I was unfamiliar with the area and business therefore the reason of parking somewhere else in the lot (I wasn’t far away- most likely 20 steps away from sign in sheet).After getting to my vehicle, he says, “I won’t do this car, sorry” and points to my license plate. He refused to preform the testing on my vehicle due to a license plate cover and lectured me on motor vehicle equipment violations. I’ve had the same or very similar license plate cover on this vehicle for 17 years and never had any issues with any other emissions testing facilities in the past. I ask if he could take the cover off to preform the test. He responds by saying, “I’m not touching that” and refused to provide me with a screwdriver to take it off myself. He then went on to lecture me about equipment violations. I appreciate the advice but not what I was looking for. I left and drove down the street to another business where they preformed the testing without any problems.

My wife's car is a limited production vehicle which required single-use camber bolts to do a proper alignment. The service dept hadn't worked on may of these but when I explained they quickly verified and did the job. I had brought the car to 2 other Chevy dealers in CT and one said I didn't need them , the other said to align the wheels would cost and extra 200 in parts. Total part cost was only 30 a side. We'll be bringing our car back there.
