My wife was there for 4 months. The staff is absolutely fantastic. They are friendly, caring and constantly telling the patients that they can do it. Thier whole focus is to get the patient ready to go home in the best condition possible. Can't say ANYTHING bad about the care she received. Would and have recommended this facility to,other people.

Moved my father here from The Palms of Sebring. It is like night and day. What a difference. The care he has received in the first few hours far surpassed what he experienced at the Palms in 48 hours. The attention to dad as well as the atmosphere is so much better here.

I feel the need to express my personal opinion of Royal Care Rehabilitation. My experience has been wonderful, fantastic, to be here at Royal Care. Unbeknownst to me in the beginning of choosing a facility, had nothing to compare to, being new in the area. I spoke with Ms. Angel Wiggins of administrations when I knew of my upcoming surgery and the care I would need afterwards. She was spot on with her outline of care I would receive, I cannot thank anyone specific, every one is better than the other, fantastic staff. From their physical therapist/s Christian and Joel whom I was assigned to are amazing in getting me back for general mobilization to go home sooner rather than later. The skilled nurses are absolutely on the same page during each of their shifts, medicine and medical appointments are documented where I do not have to worry about everything all the time. The daily services from house keeping and kitchen are far superior to make sure nutritionist is involved in balanced meals I receive and the cleanness of my room which is definitely a part of my particular issues. Thank you Royal Care. I would absolutely refer this facility to anyone in need of special skilled nursing care.

This is my first time in a skilled nursing facility it is Nov 2019, My first night they brought me in after 10pm some staff were leaving I ha pushed my button lady came said she Would pass message to nurse ( she didnt) asked nurse 90 min later if she knew what I wanted she had no idea, Now 2weeks in and still food tray. Comes missing item so after many times I now refuse any tray missing listed item it carts butter, bread, roll, strawberry topping for my cheese cake. Food is just ok ( now a few are fantastic) tonight's smelled really good still sent it back because no butter. Been having trouble with my wound care many times bandage moves ( it's a packed surgical wound). My meds hav been on time ( only one I sometimes have to wait for is pain meds) My wounds have been cleaned well. Although place seems ok there was a great lack of quality on upkeep like painting ..as paint slipped onto many things it tends to make it look shabby. The electrical cord to my bed has exposed wires at end of cord plug. Most of staff seem to at least do there job OK. A few are Saints or Angels. Personally I know 2 that should never work in care giving. They seem to be on edge of moral problems that could go either way. There are a few happy residents whose personality helps up facility. I move around ok and can speak up for myself yet with some staff I think they suffer from resident care giving burn out, they start to listening miss the finer points. I suggest put it all in writing. Chart, record document. I would be ok leaving ambulatory patients who can get out of room on own, at this point I would not leave those unable to mostly self care unless I visited them daily. We will see how rest of stay goes. So far my favorite area is physical therapy!!
