Went in to check into weather tech mats for my new Jeep. While talking to the lady, another customer came and interrupted me. She moved on to speak with him completely ignoring the fact I was still speaking to her. I was asking if there was any benefit to ordering from her versus just ordering online. I never actually said I was going to order online. I drove there to see if they had them with the intention of not ordering online. Unfortunately, I can get better customer service ordering online, phone and mail with another company than I could with this place in person. Not the kind of customer service I was looking for when trying to find additional accessories for my Jeep. Very disappointed. You are correct, you were very rude by ignoring me.

I am editing a previous review. The work here is good and while there was a miscommunication about how the warranty works, having a lifetime warranty is an amazing perk to getting your tinting done here. Would definitely recommend. And make sure you put your warranty somewhere where it won’t be misplaced by well-intentioned kids. XD
