We came in last night and there was a line as we expected. The manager was very helpful and reassured us that he would make sure we all got in to get what we needed before they closed. We got there around 7 and got in a little after 8pm. We got in and out with what we needed. All the employees were very kind and helpful even after most of them had been there since they opened that morning. Wonderful customer service for sure ️

I've been coming here for nearly 2 years. The staff are just great! The indicator from a web search is inaccurate. Today it indicated that there were almost no customers there. I rushed over and the parking lot and street were full of cars. I have called several time to place an order. There is a 2 minute 15 second spiel telling me to use the website and no one ever answers the phone. The website is a disaster. If you search for Baked Brothers there is only one item. I don't think that's correct. Today I tried again at the Avondale dispensary and the next thing I see is the location has changed to Tucson. With the new law allowing recreational marijuana the staffing needs to be bolstered to provide any kind of decent service. This edit is to set aside most of my previous review. Even though there were lots of cars in the lot and on the street there was only one person ahead of me. They have added to more staff to handle recreational users. Their stock is fairly up to date it's just because most of the items I needed from the website were sold out to recreational users. The website is remarkably efficient just make sure you pick up the day you place an order.

Today was my first time ever walking into any dispensary I walked in shortly before closed Andy the lady at the front was the most awesome person ever put me at ease the manager is phenomenal he's super nice and we'll answer any questions that you may have and the staff just do their best to just make you feel as welcome at home and at ease as possible. I was so nervous at first, they helped me feel so much better. Definitely a happy customer will definitely come back again and again thank you so much you guys.

Customer service was horrible. The people working in the back are no help and have no real knowledge about cannabis. They have a menu to flashes on the tv screen with no real time to read it and once you get to the back they pretty try to rush you out of the store. I will NEVER waist my money here again. 90% of their top shelf you can by off the street for half the price. Not to mention all the bs taxes they add along with the horrible experience I must say recreational is not the way I will be shopping from my location weed-man.
