Quoted me out on a panel upgrade. He was significantly cheaper than every other quote I received, which I guess should have been a red flag. When it was time to do the job he said he was too busy. I budgeted my whole project around his quote. Save your money and find someone with integrity. Update: Immediately after posting this review he began to harass me through email. I’m glad he showed his true colors.
