Pretty cool place. Came in for a welding helmet and they had what I needed. And they make replacement parts for the welding helmets so I'm a happy customer

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good selection of welding supplies and great selection of welding gasses.
Front desk is always rude when I call in and one time the delivery driver bout tore my head off when I asked how many tanks he brought because I need to write it down for my manager.
Very good service from the gentleman at the front desk who helped me with brazing rod for a non welding project.
The front desk guys are never very helpful. The two fat guys that work up front treat you like your an idiot. I just come in to get stuff for my little brother. So I don’t know everything there is to know about welding. They should get rid of the fat guys and hire some people who will help you instead of belittling you.
The Heavy set Guy at the sales counter doesn't know his job, he yelled at me, and When I gave a return comment he wanted to fight. This hot tempered guy had to be stopped by a fellow employee. Not professional, and too expensive to boot.
Great people to work and deal with. For years we have used them for our shops and they keep our guys going with stuff they need everyday.
This company has both good and bad. The counter staff is wonderful. They are very friendly and helpful. The office staff (billing, accounts receivable) however, have struggled the past several months. I don't know if there was a change in the back office or what happened, but they seem very disorganized and somewhat cranky. Because of this, I can't recommend this company.
