Very satisfied with the install of a new alarm system at my business location. I felt very informed prior to the installation and knew what to expect ahead of time. Pricing was very competitive. The installation technician was professional and courteous toward my staff and customers. There was a slight programming glitch with the motion sensor, but after I called for service, the problem was fixed immediately and remotely. Highly recommend B Safe Security! I have been a customer of this company for decades and always return to them when I have a security need. Over the years, both of my homes and my business have been alarmed and monitored by BSafe (previously Radar Security), and I find them to be professional, responsive, and competent. Most recently, cameras were installed at our home. Tom and Stephen were fantastic. Their install job exceeded my expectations, and I can be picky. They worked diligently and carefully and even braved our crawlspace without hesitation to complete the job. BSafe is a top notch company from sales, to service, to install, and monitoring. Whenever possible, I shop local and support businesses within my community. I have found their organization to be a better fit for us over the nationwide security companies. I highly recommend this company and suggest that any one looking for a security professional to check them out.
This company has 14 complaints and 5 negative reviews with the Better Business Bureau. Laws will soon be passed that will make their 5-year automatic contract renewal illegal. SHAME ON THEM for having to be forced by law to do what is right. I signed a 5-year contract with B Safe in 2019 and have regretted it since. You're not a customer with B Safe, you're a "mark".

Great service! Installed new system. Had old sensors from previous company and one of them was bad. They replaced at no extra charge. Local so that means i get a response right away. Affordable. Would definitely recommend!! BTW, Mike customer skills are top of the line!
