Placed an order online. It was my first time ordering from Babies / Toys R Us. Once the order was submitted I realized it would not arrive in time. I called Customer Service and was on hold for over 15 minutes & I had to get back to work. I tried calling again a few hours later and had the same issue. So I tried the “Live Chat” option and explained what happened and wanted to know what the cost would be to upgrade to an earlier delivery date. They said there’s nothing they can do because you only have “5-45 minutes to make changes”. I understand I messed up when I checked out online, but there’s nothing they can do? Seriously? I also read online that the shipping dates only include business days. Weekends / holidays don’t count, so since it’s SATURDAY and my order wouldn’t be packed / shipped on the WEEKEND I figured there’s something this multimillion dollar company could do to help. Especially since they don’t have enough people to help answer the Customer Service line. So looks like I’ll return my order when it gets here. I know it’s not going to mean anything since they do millions in sales, but o well. No reason to do business with a company that can’t edit an order the same day it’s placed & not due for delivery for 10 days!

Great experience at our local babies r us. The registry open only items was useful. If the item is still avaliable you will be able to order it off of the registry computer.

Great store with very helpful staff. They were amazing in helping us get started with a registry with our first child and BRU has been a go to ever since.
They have fun events for little kids every so often. The staff is hit or miss with questions. They have a good selection of products.
Great store. Clean. Sometimes merchandise is in the wrong spot but the staff will cheerfully look up the correct price...
What a collection. But costly. You can get better from Macy's, Carter's etc
