I was there on a Friday afternoon, and they were very understaffed. On the Toys R Us side, where I was directed to go because I had an online order to pick up in addition to my in store purchases, there was one girl working the order pick up, returns, and purchases, which were set up as three separate counters. The purchase line was about ten people long. She told me I could pay for my in store purchases when I got my online order. It took a bit over 15 minutes for someone to bring my online order out (it was one small item... This seemed like a rediculous amount of time). Then, she told me that I had to wait in the purchase line to pay for my in store purchases, looking at me like I was stupid for thinking otherwise. Luckily, the line was down to just a few people. All together, it was about forty minutes from when I finished shopping until I had my order picked up and I purchases paid for. That was just way too long! I will avoid this location in the future if possible!

I needed help for a baby shower list and I got it. Everything was fine.
Toys r us and babies r us in one stop. Lots of toys! Convenient..Next to Safeway and in a strip mall with a lot of stores.
Pretty good selection, but prices are high. Better off ordering from Amazon or shopping at other baby stores.
A great place to see toys buy always overpriced. Comparing prices between this place and Amazon, you get between 50% to 30% cheeper in Amazon. Only with superoffers plus membership plus Thursdays i can get a slice better price than Amazon. However, going and see the toys is something i do like.
Pretty good variety of baby's stuff (toys, food, cribs, carseats, strollers etc.) but I wish they have more diapers choice.
It's not too big, but has most of the necessities. Biggest problem here is lack of personal - pretty hard to find an advise here for a nervous and hectic first-time-dad like me when the store is practically empty
