I paid for a 12x20 shed to be built on site. I have been waiting since 9 September 2020. I was giving three different dates and wasted 24 hours of PTO. If you buy a shed don't buy it at Lowes they use this company. This company subcontracted a guy. One person should up to build a 12 x20 shed and when he realized that he was going to have to carry the pieces of the sheds; he started to make all kinds of reasons why he can't do it. He had the nerve to tell me he doesn't work for lowes or backyard. Still no shed. Use someone else if you want a shed built.

So my husband was working here for about two weeks and a person named Jeff promised him a amour per shed for 200 and then he wanted to pay him 150 instead my husband didn’t agree with it because he gave him his word for a different amount at the end he said he wouldn’t pay him because he will need to hire someone else. If you can stay away from this people as you see they don’t care about their employees all they care is to get them installed so the company get paid. Terrible service!!!
So I ordered one of their sheds from Costco and the delivery and installation were right on time, but here I am a month later still waiting on them to come paint the shed. (A service that I paid for). Every time I call the office its always a different excuse from Jeff. I finally sent a complaint today to their corporate office to see if I can get them to speed things up or just refund my money for the paint service. If I could I would have gave this place 0 stars. If you are in the market for a shed I would recommend not going with this company.
Called and called and called. Never got back to me. Very disappointing!!!
I ordered a 10x16 shed from the in the middle of July. I received an email stating they would get back to me in three business days to schedule a time for delivery on July 23rd. I called and left two separate messages on the urgency of the delivery well past the three business days and have not heard a word from them. It is August 3rd and still no word. 1 star for poor communication. I am at the point of calling my bank and trying to get my money back.
