2-15-21 - ordered shed and install was scheduled for 3 months after order. My experience so far....multiple phone calls (probably 10x) none returned, multiple emails (Probably 4-5) and text messages....none answered. If you have any questions, they will NOT talk to you....for anything! So far today....no installer has showed up. They dropped all the stuff in driveway and that's it. I will post updates as they occur and update the star rating based on installation quality. 2-26-21 - update. So if you are reading this, you likely have purchased a shed from this company. They will NOT respond to you in any capacity. However, here is the trick. Contact the brand of the shed directly. For me, my shed was heartland. I went to their website, did a live chat, and boom....they instantly got in touch with the company. When they showed up, the shed was installed same day with no issues. I have no problem with the install in any way....the only issue is the complete lack of communication from the local office.

Have been trying to set up shed install for 2 weeks they never answer the phone have been playing phone tag. People have to work during the day so maybe they should extend their hours or answer the phone when someone calls
