This was the worst furniture place to shop from, the salesman was beyond unprofessional, the furniture came in broken three times, they forgot pieces all three times, my sets were supposed to arrive all on the same day, they held everything just so they could deliver on the same day, and still messed everything up, then gives me a hard time about replacing the broken items and actually giving me the missing ones, which were huge drawers so it’s not like they didn’t notice. I could of bought better furniture from Walmart for cheaper and a better rate each month! They were so rude and unprofessional and there is no air conditioning !! And every time they came they left plastic and parts in the street ! Honestly if they would take the furniture back and give me my deposit back I would return everything!

Went here a few months ago to buy a mattress and the workers didn’t even acknowledge us. We asked an employee if our daughter could use the bathroom and she ignored us. We assumed she didn’t work there until another person came in and she assisted them. We walked around the store without any assistance for 20 minutes before we left. I guess we didn’t look like their “typical clientele”.

We had a bit of an issue with the billing that was generated. It was a busy day for them and I lost my temper as to how long we had to wait to have the matter resolved. Efrain made it right and corrected the issue effectively and made us feel so much better about the situation. We will definitely be back for the other rooms that were going to be updating. I hope you accept my apologies for not being more understanding, but you definitely made a repeat customer.
