We were in a predicament during the pandemic because our refrigerator went out on us and all other local retailers were on an over 3 weeks wait for any refrigerators. I had never thought to call a service company to help with a new purchase. It was a very pleasant surprise!! Great service, great price, very quick to help and we actual called them back for a later plumbing issue that was quickly resolved. I highly recommend using Badger Bob's!!

On Sunday evening around 11:30 pm we had 4 toilets not working and nasty water coming up through our shower drains. We called Badger Bob’s and spoke to an after hours person who contacted plumbing technician Chris Coakley who called us and said he would be at our home between 12:30 am and 1:00am. He arrived at 12:30 am and proceeded to work. He found the entire house was backed up. He had to locate the clean out. He was able to find it under the mulch on the right side of the house. He opened it and it was completely full. He ran a k-60 downstream through the clean out. He ran 90’ of cable. He was finally able to clear it. He pulled back roots and went inside and ran water to ensure that the house is draining. We will need Chris to return with a camera and locate where the roots are and make any pipe repairs necessary. Chris did an excellent job and we look forward to the completion of the problem. Badger’s Bob’s is a 5 star Company. On 3-23-21, Chris Coakley dug up approximately a 2’ section of the ground and removed a broken clean out cap and replaced it with a new one. Sod and dirt were replaced and all is well because of the great job done by Chris Coakley at Badger Bob’s.

Badger Bob's is exactly the kind of locally owned business we need in our town! Marianne in sales is PHENOMENAL!!! She will listen to your needs/wants, try to find the best options available, and didn't push for me to upgrade, or make me feel rushed. She was knowledgeable, followed up, and helped me get appliances delivered and installed WAY faster than the 2 other "big box stores" could offer. Then THE Bob of Badger Bob's came to repair something at my house, and was so kind, even took a look at another appliance I have, and again wasn't pushy or anything. I felt he was honest and trustworthy with his recommendations. I highly recommend! I will be going to them for all future appliance needs!

Chris and Scott notified me before arrival, arrived on time, were professional, polite and addressed all my needs. By describing various options available, they educated me on how best to maintain my systems and how to improve them if desired. They were very creative in extending an ejection line outside the home and made it virtually invisible. They exceeded my expectations and I'm thankful I have the annual membership to protect my systems. In a climate where air conditioning is so important, I feel more comfortable having them on my side.

UPDATE: 4/20/21 We contacted and got estimates from 4 different companies. We decided to contract Badger Bobs for a garbage disposal installation and a new toilet installation. The services were scheduled back to back. Both techs were the BEST! Such genuine, kind and knowledgeable tradesmen. Ian, the plumber, arrived early and swiftly went to work. This company does a great job of hiring excellent people! We will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend them!! UPDATE: 4/15/21: Mario installed a switch for the garbage disposal. He is a very nice human. He was thorough, communicative, professional and pleasant. Our only constructive feedback is, please cut the drywall w/a knife and saw blade. The electric saw Mario used put a considerable amount of dust in the air and on surfaces as far away as our master bedroom. Additionally, the dust residue left on the floor beneath the opening in the drywall was very slick causing us to slip. If electric saws are used, the tech should tent the area and wet wipe the impacted surfaces. Lastly, we are very impressed w/the techs from Badger Bob's. I'm still waiting for the office to call me. I called several days ago about using a coupon, no one has returned my call. We are in the process of getting estimates for a garbage disposal installation. Ian, the technician, was the most thorough plumber we've met thus far. His genuine spirit and kind hearted nature put us immediately at ease. We've been getting a wide variety of prices and different recommendations from different companies. We believe that this company DOES CARE about PEOPLE! We will most likely select this company because of the great first impression.

Wyan and Sean were fantastic . They notified us 30 minutes prior to their arrival . Set up and put down cloths to protect our garage floor. They were quick , efficient and very professional . Cleaned up like they were never there . Would definitely recommend them. Bruce the salesman was very responsive, and easy to work with .
