Bad business. Paid more than 10,000 for a concert piano. Before placing the bid online, I asked the company for a few extra days to pick up the piano without any problem.Somehow the long-distance moving company was late for two hours and Badger Corporation decided asking movers to reschedule a different time to pick up the piano,which movers agreed. Right before the rescheduled moving, both the owner and the shipping department called me for a 500 late fee. According to the owner, he needs to collect 500 to pay TWO of his employee for up to 16 hours (TWO full days) to stand by the moving. (For those who are not familiar with piano moving,the movers actually moved the piano out of building within 30 minutes,concert grand piano is designed for frequent moving). When talk over the phone,the owner of Badger was inconsistent and less friendly. He even told me if I do not pay whatever he wants,he would walk away from this piano, (as a result) I will loose the ownership of the piano! Horrible experience. Keep away from this dishonest guy.

I've bid on a bunch of auctions nationwide and I would have to say dealing with Badger Corporation and there staff in the office and onsite they have been the most helpful in the removal aspect along with making sure we understand how the auction game goes. Highly recommend using Badger but make sure you look at the check out dates normally there is an email that gets sent right away to inform you on times and dates!!!! Hopefully this is helpful

Great company and are willing to prepare items for you and ship anywhere I currently live over in New York and they have shipped me stuff over the years. The office ladies do a great job relaying messages whenever I call, and the owners are always a pleasure to speak with when you can catch them. Such a fast pace industry the team is always on the move keep up the good work.
