Terrible customer service from counter personnel to store manager. Nobody in the store or tech support is familiar with Grandaire advantage warranty which covers labor credit up to one year. In the unfortunate event, like mine, that you have a pin hole leak in the evaporator 10 month's after the installation the contractor has to absorb the labor cost. Shout out to Tony Aspesi for being a great sales manager. 1st photos of pin hole leak at factory weld. Second photo of Grandaire Advantage warranty.
