My question to Anthony is who was your tech that you had such lousy service? I can promise you that we still do have great techs, and that we do take pride in our work. I am a lead master tech that has been with Komatsu for twelve years total. I do take my job very seriously and do whatever it takes to get a piece of equipment up and running in a safe and timely manner.

The lack of professionalism by the current general manager, Mike Moore is beyond words. Not only does this individual belittle employees, he likes to troll the competition by posting fake reviews on locations he’s never visited or for services he’s never ordered. He does however, over inflate reviews with positive comments on Road Machinery locations he’s directly involved with. Rule of thumb, let your customers decide to rate your business and perfomance. Another friendly word of advice, when posting a negative review pretending to be a customer, don’t use your personal profile. Remember, when your troll, it’s going to come back to you.....just as this review names you, Mike Moore as the author of the post. When you suddenly change your name “Jeffrey M”, after a reply by the business owner on the review you made, don’t make the change too obvious. (By the way, you never know when a biased review with your name may have been screen shot and sent to your competition).

Update from my review a year or so ago, So I had a 5 start review for this, now it has been nothing but hell. From the issues with the billing dept. To customer service and repairs it's a nightmare. They do not hire good knonwledgable mechanics. The ones they did have quit, due to the road machinerys bosses and the companys ignorance or care for thier customers. There are other places in town that do a fantastic job and you will be satasifed. And you wont have to put up with the BS. Note if you have a komatsu or more . As long as you have the SN, you can order parts direct from komatsu, you do not need to order parts from them ...
