I have been going to this Bala location for years and never had an issue. Called last week and they didn’t have availability until January but told me to call back and ask for a cancellation. I called this morning a woman answered mumbling very rude telling me they don’t take my insurance which is a lie and brushed me off the phone within seconds! All of my records are there and I have an authorization. Never again and very unfortunate

Did not feel safe during pandemic. I’ve been to several other appointments with doctors offices during the pandemic, and none of them made me feel unsafe until I came here. There are two waiting areas- but this practice chooses to keep all of the patients cramped into one tiny waiting area, instead of attempting to distance the people. There was a patient sitting directly across from me with his mask down around his chin, and I felt so cramped with the other patients, that it was extremely nerve- wracking. As someone who has an infant to go home to, this was not okay. The only reason I gave two stars is because the staff is friendly. But they need to do their part in keeping their patients safe, whether it be setting up distancing guidelines within the office, or simply spreading the appointments further apart.

Lesson learned! I saw the bad customer service reviews and decided to still give them a chance but let me tell you, Don’t waste your time making an appointment with this place, front desk is very incompetent and rude! I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and they still couldn’t find out what my co-pay was going to be or if needed anything from my insurance/doctor’s!! I wish I could give them zero stars

The place was filthy (looked like it hadn't been cleaned in five years), there was no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom (yes, during the pandemic), only the tech was wearing a mask, and there was a lot of cross-contamination going on, the waiting area was small and smelled like cigarette smoke, and the \computer was down\ so I did not even get sent home with my disc. You are asked to put in ear plugs that are in a basket that everyone reached into without gloves, and none of the communal surfaces were being wiped down at any time. When I called two weeks later to find out why my disc was not sent to me, the person asked why it wasn't given to me the day of (after I just finished explaining that the computers were down) and then could not access my images because the computer was down again. Neither the attorney nor my doctor ever got the results either. I am lucky I did not get sick just by going there.

They are just plain nasty to deal with. I called to make an appointment and it was like I was bothering them from the second they picked up the phone. They just lost a new customer. From reading other reviews I see this happens a lot. Stay away.
