SRD is a boutique commercial real estate firm that is really dedicated to helping their clients make the right real estate decisions. The partners love what they do and are true advocates for their clients and their employees. They are open and fair with the staff and treat everyone with respect. It is a fun place to work and the atmosphere is busy, fast-paced, and energetic.

I was interested in renting a storefront in a small strip mall that doesn't even look well kept. Whomever answered the phone wouldn't give me pricing, but wanted to quiz me about my business. When I told them this would be my first showroom, she said it's their policy not to rent to anyone who does't already have another location. What?! Did you ever have to rent your first property Soloff? Thats some elitist oppressive garbage if you ask me.
