Ballard's tech was friendly & knowledgeable. Checked the boiler thoroughly and made the necessary repairs. He watched it through the entire cycle & cleaned up after the task was completed. He did exactly what one would expect. Great job!

We have been Ballard's customers for several years. We have gotten a new water baseboard heat boiler, a tankless water heater, an underfloor heating system for a new addition and now a mini split heat pump AC/heater for one room of our home. Their service has always been excellent. The workers are always professional, friendly and never hesitate to explain the system they are installing. They always tried, given their company's busy schedule, to accommodate the many contractors and inspections that were necessary for our addition. We highly recommend them.
