I've been using Inner Harbor Travel for 14 years now and love the service that Carol and her team provide each and every time. For an upcoming trip from New York to Rome and back, without even asking, she programmed an airfare alert into the system she uses and soon got back to me with an incredible airfare deal. I won't go anywhere else. 5 stars.

Such a pleasant and efficient process here. I needed a expedited Chinese tourist Visa and was able to fill out the application, take my photo onsite, and walk out of the office all under 30 minutes.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!1 I went inside to find some type of brochure on Australia for a trip I was putting together for my mother and was welcomed with sheer disrespect and unnecessary animosity. I am not sure what was currently bothering the gentleman who greeted me but after countless insults and complete incompetence and a serious disregard for customer service I was given an outdated brochure ( a year old) and told to have a nice day. I am still in shock as I was looking to spend about 3000 per person for a trip for 4 and because it was not the \trip he would have wanted\ it was called stupid and a waste of time. Well this hole of a business is a WASTE OF TIME. and I will kindly tell EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT. one more word to the business owners please do not judge a book by it's cover, not everyone with money dresses flashy. Just know also that I will be going to Australia in 2016 on my own terms and I will have a PHENOMENAL time.
