Can't say enough about Dr. Lida! Thorough, honest, smart, patient, and loving. Dr. Lida goes the extra mile because she knows your furry animal is your family member and will do everything humanly possible to return your pet in a healthier condition than received. Our dog loves it here. He is always thrilled by the hugs and encouragement he gets. Our dog in not well behaved with other animals and the staff has a plan to keep drama to a mind. I highly recommend. Update. I have changed my review of this facility. After taking my dog Huxley for follow ups the staff making calling to confirm visits and schedule were very rude. Not once or twice but 3 times. The professional services were wonderful but the admin staff need retraining
Amazing staff. Free and low cost services. I had my cat and her kitten spayed/neutered. The staff was great with follow up care and answering questions.

Every person I have met here has been so welcoming, helpful, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They are so friendly too because they see animals all day and everyone who passes will come over to smooch on your animal. The staff is so caring. My dog recently had dental surgery there and their diligence and attention to detail helped him through a pretty tough recovery. I recommend them to everyone. Their services are great, affordable, and proceeds go to helping adoptable animals.
