Henry and the guys from Milton Electric did an excellent job. My house was built in 1874 and the job wasn't easy--adding new circuits and running wires in places other electricians couldn't get to. Henry is a real problem solver--knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I really appreciate his attention to detail--it's rare to find a technician so reliable and skilled. I am looking forward to our next project now that I know who to call.

Milton Electric is a good company to consider for electrical work at the house. Shaun, John, Mark, and Tina worked on my contract. Mark, the estimator, was very thorough and provided options. Mark even came back to document the changes and additions I had. Tina is helpful in scheduling, ensuring the work order is updated and scheduled. Shaun and John were my electricians for a day's worth of work. Completed work is excellent. Shaun called ahead in the morning informing me when they will arrive. John replaced the switches, removed power to an old fluorescent light in the basement, and added a new receptacle. John also moved/installed the ceiling light above the dinette table to right under the junction box so we can finally take down the drop ceiling frame for painting. Shaun installed the Panasonic WhisperChoice Pick-A-Flow 80/110 CFM Ceiling Bathroom Exhaust Fan in the second floor bathroom, new vanity LED light fixture, new light switches/GFCI, and fan speed controller. The bathroom never had an exhaust fan so Shaun went into the small attic space and ensure it is installed properly (above tub, away from shower head). Shaun and John took extra care when working in the second floor attic space. Other work: Disconnect old attic/vent fan and blank of switch, notch/patch as contracted. Trash and debris removed and work areas cleaned up. I will consider Milton Electric for future electrical work, such as, the installation of a Level 2 electric car charger for the Prius Prime.
Milton Electric has been wonderful from the estimate all the way through to the completed work. Delano was very professional and did excellent work. We were without heat for 2 very cold days and nights, and Delano investigated, diagnosed, and corrected the issue, even though that wasn’t the reason for his visit! And 3 other so called “emergency” companies had all cancelled on us for a little snow. Thank you Delano for your great work and thank you Milton Electric.
I can't say enough great things about the entire Milton Electric team. We've worked with other electric companies in the past, but these guys take it to a whole other level. We'll only come to Milton for all our needs from now on- no question. Everyone has been extremely responsive and helpful at every stage of the process- but I have to give a special shoutout to Delano. We had some work scheduled for Friday, but then lost power to our furnace the first day it snowed (of course) this year. They rearranged the appointment to get the team out here the next day to take care of it all. Delano was extremely professional, friendly, and got our heat restored in no time.The quality of work was SUPERB and the team exceeded our expectations in every way. I deeply appreciate their respect for our health- they showed up in masks and wore them the entire time. (And I appreciate Milton for protecting the health of their employees and customers and making frequent testing for their valued employees a priority.) We will always hire Milton, and we will always request Delano!!
Not responsive. Cancelled appointment without notify customer. Threaten to charge 25% restocking fee if not going to install. Scheduled for the next day and they installed a circuit breaker with different brand than panel. and it was used and old. UPDATED: Owner respond is a lie. They didn't contact me, I contacted them to find out why no one come yet. and then they told me it was canceled. The problem isn't they can't come out. The problem is they didn't notified me.
