Customer service sucks most of the time on the weekends is no one there to help you the escalator everything is turned off the handy cap got to walk up the steps

Can not make expectations in the cases of emergency. They rather yu have a accident. They increase fare but can't provide the public with restrooms. Exceptional with these long wait due there always a situations. I'm normal a understanding person with MTA. But I'm done after today.
The 44 bus is never on time always late. But somewhat it's good cuz some are late getting to bus stop. But I don't think it's fair bus fare going up again we bearly afford 4.00 now4.25 come on now.
Since their so link change it has gone from terrible to sincerely ridiculous. .why fix something that was broken....a tweak here and there but now my 45min ride has turned into hour and a half...thanks mta
