After standing inside waiting in line apparently invisible to other customers who constantly skipped 3 of us in line for 15 minutes an employee decides to tell us that you need to make a profile. Way easier than just telling them what you need lol. So we take our rental skis to the mountain to find out they have us a ski pole that was about a foot shorter than the other one. Definitely won't be renting from here again.

I think this is the best rental place in the area. The equipment is in good shape and the service is good. Also their prices on the trail side are very fair and they don’t price gouge people that are on vacation with their family. I chose this place consistently over any other.

If you value your precious vacation time, don’t come here to rent. It takes about 2 hrs to get the skis. The staff spends 1hr accommodating each person. These guys take forever, 0 efficiency and care about the line and other people waiting

Great, efficient, and quick service....these guys and gals were great! We rented boots, ski, poles, and helmets. I highly recommend them. The prices are affordable as well!
