They were very upfront about what information they needed from me and when and I knew exactly what to expect in terms of time, money, and what I needed to do to prepare. OBMOBT gave me an excellent referral for reusable moving boxes (separate review - also fabulous). Then I got a phone call a few days before to iron out any last minute details/issues. This is THE BEST place to ship your paintings. I have been using their services off and on now for 20 years. They take the time to listen to your needs, and they ALWAYS GET IT RIGHT. I have never had any problem with any of the work getting damaged. I noticed other people leaving negative reviews, and that is so unfair. They may have tried to rush the process or might of been rude to the shipping staff. And I have seen people do that to them. But I can guarantee you that they know what to do and they will take care of the shipping as if it were there own. THANK YOU. GO TO THEM. They are outstanding!
