If I could give 0 stars I would. I can’t believe this place is even real. They need to replace every employee in this place. My fiancé rushed me from this ER to another when we realized they were going to leave me laying on the floor of the lobby while my heart was stopping. I ended up getting an EKG from the other ER and was treated immediately. I can’t stop thinking about the man who was also on the floor near me in excruciating pain praying.... I don’t know what happened to him. I hope he got treated.

Waited 4 hours in the er and still didn’t get seen, I I left and will try again in the morning. I can see how it has such a low rating. It’s sad to say, but whoever is the top dog at the hospital, I’d be ashamed. How embarrassing it must be to say you are in charge. Having been in management for my whole working life, I would kill to have the opportunity to turn it around. Its just sad. A 1.8 rating. I’ve lived in Tucson my whole life and Im embarrassed at how bad this hospital is run. Come on people. Even with the virus it could be higher. The administration here needs the be less go.

4 the most part. But there are a few up here that shouldn't have a job working with people.

My mother has been waiting in waiting room of ER with 200/145 blood pressure to 5 HOURS. No updates. They came to check on her to make sure she wasn’t having a stoke or heart attack, they left. Ridiculous. Nobody seeing her. My father ended up picking her up. Will NEVER go again. DO NOT SEND FAMILY THERE

Don't go there. It is 7 am. My husband has been there 6 hours and not seen yet.

Do not take your loved ones here. Go literally anywhere else. I took my husband here when he stopped breathing and had a slow heart rate and he has a history of heart problems. They did a once over of him and then stuck him in a waiting room by himself in the corner, dispute him telling them that he was numb all over. He sat in that corner, alone, with no one checking on him for 2 1/2 hours. He passed out at one point and still no one checked on him. By the time they finally bothered to look at him, he was coming around and was a bit more alert, so by the time they did the most basic of basic tests, they told him he was fine and discharged him after I sat outside waiting for over four hours. They refused to give me any update on his status every time I went in to ask what was going on and I had no idea he was even alive until he walked out of the hospital doors. I went to this same hospital in 2015 after suffering from a migraine for a week straight- nausea, severe light sensitivity, the works. I sat in the waiting room for quite literally no less than 8 hours waiting for someone to see me despite my literal blinding pain. It hurt to move so I just stayed put. When they finally took me back, they gave me a “migraine cocktail” with so much benedryl that I went into a full blown panic attack, and it didn’t even touch my migraine. They decided I was faking it at this point so they discharged me and then billed me for 3,000. Never again.
