I did a considerable amount of shopping around and they offer the highest quality product you can find for your dollar. I highly recommend stopping by before you make any grill purchase. This place has all levels of grills and outdoor equipment including some furniture. Their prices are unbeatable when it comes to their own brands. Joel helped us out and was very informative, friendly and not pushy. Also, I had to return one item and they took it back without blinking. Very service orientated. They even called a month later to make sure my equipment was good. I’m not sure how people have had bad experiences here as they are extremely attentive and helpful.

After years of hearing Ben & Skin advertise for this store, I finally have a reason to visit this weekend (Bought me a new Viking) and they were right, this store is AWESOME!! But they also talk about the level of service, recommendations, tips, tricks.. Make it sound like a place to visit to 'talk shop' . A far far cry from the truth. Place is stuffy and all these guys want to do is set behind the counter and collect a check.. Told him I was new to the game, needed a little bit of everything.. Left with a couple of rubs... I was planning on spending several hundred . Guy was clueless. Cool concept, cool store, terrible service & execution on a great idea!
