We purchased a new 2015 GMC truck. The purchasing process was very simple. Every employee we encountered was very kind and knowledgeable. Pete Madison was our salesperson. He has been wonderful. Pete educated us on the features of the truck before we left that evening. He has followed up with us multiple times to answer any questions we have about our new truck. We will definitely return to Barnes Baker and recommend them to our friends.

Whether purchasing a new vehicle, or receiving excellent service on a vehicle purchased, they are knowledgeable, skilled, and so friendly to deal with. Service is exceptional. You have a comfortable, open area to wait. Staff is always walking by, stopping to visit, asking if THEY can help you in any way. Certainly makes wait times go so fast you barely feel like you HAVE waited.Service mgrs. always come to see you, tell you your repairs or service is completed, explain exactly what has been done, inform about any follow ups, etc., and get you started on your way. It is wonderful having a dealership and service center, like Barnes-Baker.

All of my experiences with Barnes-Baker Motors have been good. They have fast service & I think that customer satisfaction is number one with them.
I bought a car a month ago. Told them I don't want something that is going to break down on me in a month. The rear driver's side tire seized up. Towed my car there last Saturday. They keep telling me someone will call me back. No one has. Trying to lawyer up now. They have my money and the car.... They won't talk to me. My 88 year old uncle is wanting to go to jail over this cuz he wants to throttle the salesman with his bare hands. I spent 6,235 to drive a month.

Barnes-Baker Motors is the worse dealership I have ever been to. Never get your car worked on at this dealership. They are super slow on working to get your car fixed and will find many excuses on why it's not done. They are very rude and disrespectful to customers. I have been to many Chevrolet dealerships in Missouri since I'm on the road a lot for work and can't always go to the same dealership to get maintenance done. I have never had an experience like this.
