I bought this cheese myself once upon a time at a storefront at Mall of America. Absolutely delicious. Then, my mom sent me a housewarming gift from Cheese Brothers not knowing how much I love it! It's well-packaged, quickly delivered, and DELICIOUS, plus she mentioned an amazing experience with the customer service rep. Happy to get to eating ASAP!

I saw this business on Facebook as an ad, but decided to check it out and see what they were all about. I ordered my first assorted box of cheese and so far we can't pick a favorite because they're all amazing! Great quality, fast shipping, and well packaged product. We will be regulars for sure!
Customer service is great. Missing cheese with my first order. I received replacement order the very next day. Five stars on service. However, value is another issue. The company states cheese will be 5-8oz. Bet your bottom dollar, you will get 5oz. Therefore, despite quality product, I don't feel it is the best bang for my buck.
We love Cheese Brothers! Tasty cheese and kind and friendly staff. They treat their employees really well and I feel good about supporting them.
Totally unrelated to the fact that I am a Wisconsin native, my fiance's company ordered Cheese Brothers packages for a virtual team event (we live in San Francisco). I was thrilled to see they were supporting Wisconsin businesses! I have grown up my whole life eating cheese, and I have to say, Cheese Brothers is AWESOME! Reasonable prices to try multiple different flavors that I've never had before. Many people enjoyed the habanero one, my favorite was the Italian and smoked gouda. You can't go wrong and it makes for a fun experience to do it as a "tasting"!
Saw the company on a Facebook ad. It took a while to arrive, but that was no big deal. The issue was that I received a notification that it was shipped, it came a few days later at the expected time, but the ice had completely melted and all the product was warm. When I called they said it was Ok if it was not cooled, but if that is the case then why would they spend all the extra cost on attempting to cool it? I didn't trust it and threw it out. I will not reorder due to shipping issue. Money wasted. Edited to add: I changed the star rating up to 3- the company refunded the purchase without my requesting it. Stars reflect the business practice of being responsive.
Before the holidays we ordered the Ultimate Pack and it is fantastic!! The Rhapsody and 8 year cheddar were instant hits. The 3 Amigos makes for tasty nachos. All of the cheese is being enjoyed by our family. We will definitely be getting more!!
I am an extreme lover of cheese and not one to praise a product. I received an assortment of cheeses from the Cheese Brothers for Christmas. All of the Cheese's have remarkable flavor and the proper texture to go along with it. They have a wide variety of flavors and its going to be a favorite with anyone who loves cheese no matter their preferences.
