Although the doctors and staff provided decent care, I would HIGHLY recommend that people NOT USE any St. John facility. I have had multiple billing issues that I have tried to deal with for MONTHS. I paid a bill in April 2020. In June, I got a call threatening to turn it over to collections. I advised it had been paid, had the bank fax proof of payment to St. John’s (a copy of the signed and endorsed check that cleared my account). Thought it was taken care of. Obviously, they put the funds in an incorrect account yet not one person has tried to find out what happened to my money. Then, this terrible company sent my already paid bill to a COLLECTION AGENCY! Seriously, this entire situation has made me physically ill. Don’t go to any docs affiliated with St. John’s. They will not help you, they are unresponsive to phone calls... basically, they will ruin your health just trying to get them to fix THEIR MISTAKE! I have started a social media campaign to let people know how much you have hurt me. I have spoken to about 15 different employees and 2 supervisors. NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP! It is absolutely beyond comprehension that I have spent, literally HOURS, trying to get St. John’s employees to do their job. Now, you are ruining my health, credit, and reputation over a mistake that you made! I think it’s time to get my lawyer involved. So sad!

One star is more than these people deserve. I have never in my life met anyone more rude. One lady yelled and threw my ID at me. Will not ever be back
