Awesome service! These guys are great. I brought my laptop to them after it got a nasty virus. They were very friendly and explained every step of the repair process. They worked non-stop on my laptop until they had it back up and running. They even included top-notch security software at no additional charge. They did excellent work at an affordable price. I certainly would recommend them for all your computer needs.

The camera on the back of my iPhone XS was cracked. When I took it to Best Buy, they told me it would be a total replace at 549.I called around to multiple places on a Sunday and the only ones who answered (even though several other places in the Chicago area claimed to be open) were Electronic repair They were able to replace just the cracked piece for 45. I had great customer service, they did a good job, and I would use them again.

I highly recommend this place. Had a warm friendly environment . I went in to get a screen replaced. I admire the honesty and integrity in this place. Something came up in conversation and when it was looked at the response was honest and saved me money. Out of the big country this was the most cost efficient and literally took them less then 20 min to replace my iPhone screen. So I give a 5 star with workmanship and efficiency
