First and last time ordering from this place and I was very disappointed for such a highly rated place. I placed my order online and ordered a omelette with a side of hash browns and pancakes. Everything was correct except I never got my pancakes.... they gave me corn hash beef instead. I was already at home when I noticed my order was messed up. I called the restaurant back and talked to the general manager who wasn’t very nice. She offered to replace my pancakes but not the whole order. How do you expect someone to drive back out for just pancakes, just to come back home to a cold omelette and hash browns. It made more sense just to replace the whole order. I would have been much more satisfied with fresh food. I’d highly recommend Lumes Pancake House over this place. Seems like they only care about making money vs the satisfaction of the customers.

It was just good. Nothing really stood out except the service was quick and friendly. I had an omelet with bacon and mushroom with a skimpy amount of hashbrowns. Cinnamon pancakes were a little dry, needed more icing. Bacon was hearty.
Great environment. Good food. A great place for morning coffee and breakfast with your significant other.
1st time ordering from this place and don't think I will be back! I placed an on-line order for carry out. I picked up the food and immediately brought it back to the office, which is a 4 minute drive. However, my food was the biggest disappointment ever for the 9 I paid! I ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich with fries. I asked if I could get a small container of raspberry jam on the side (got strawberry?) I also had a container of some strange smelling broth? Not sure what it was. I arrived before the pickup time - fries were luke warm and limp. Sandwich had a strange taste, like hand sanitizer. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming! I had heard good things about this place but they definitely did not live up to them for me today.
