Best around, my husband & I with immense research came across Tom. He's been in business for over thirty years and has the old fashioned work ethic to show for it. I'm from a family of small business owners so without a doubt Tom was our guy. He was quick to respond after my internet request, he had the estimate done the very next day, easy to understand as well. If I had follow up questions he was accessible by email or phone. The patio looks incredible and I can finally sit out with my morning coffee. The prices are fair, you won't find better, and if you do I would be skeptical.
Unbelievably awesome! Tom Taber is awesome!!! Him and his crew are highly efficient and down to earth. While Taber was not the cheapest bid for my backyard patio, they were the most responsive, down to earth and most willing to help out of the 5 concrete builders I contacted. He went out of his way to come out and see what he was working with where NO ONE else wanted to do that!!! You get what your pay for and Customer service service is king!!!! If you want customer service and attention to detail and you want it done RIGHT then you found your patio guy!!!! Tom returned my call promptly after I left a message asking for a quote, texted me late at night with my questions as the project progressed and knocked it out of the park as a whole. He was on the job from start to finish and made sure no one was slacking off or cutting the corner! A very small issue came up where something was a tad off square and Tom owned it and said it was wrong and will be fixed the following day. The next day came and one of his guys came up to fix the very minute issue with absolute efficiency! No one is perfect and Tom just gets it!! Minute issue fixed, and concrete poured a few days later after the rain subsided. Months later my patio is still perfect with zero issues whatsoever. If you want a down to earth guy that has decades of experience then this is the ONLY concrete patio \guy\ (company) you should ever consider!!
Taber Builders did our stamped concrete work several years ago and it still looks amazing and is holding up beautifully! Tom is the best!
Needed some concrete work done around the house. Tabor was able to come out to give quote in no time. They were detailed in their estimate. The owner Tom was accessible to answer questions via email. They were the lowest bid out of 3, and honestly, I would have gone with them if they were the highest, I was that impressed with the way Tom answered questions and worked with us on changes to the job. They were able to come out to complete the job once the weather turned to spring. I was kept informed on what was to be done and when. Nothing but professionalism. The work was completed in a timely fashion and right on budget. The work is outstanding and my Wife and I could not be happier. Would definitely recommend Tabor to friends and family.
