I seem to talk with Virginia when I call and she is super. Very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind when answering all my questions. Also got my orders quicker than I ever dreamed.

Came on a Monday- did not know they were closed, came back on Tuesday at 10 am waited in parking lot til 10:15 no one opened. Left to run errands called, the woman answered the phone and said she couldn't open til there was a second employee. I came back later the door was unlocked so I walked in and the woman asked\what are you doing here?\ I said\ looking around?\ She said \don't touch anything\ so I stayed a minute or 2 while she was yelling at a customer on the phone and then left. I know the pandemic is sad but I still don't think the salesperson needed to be so horrible. I know there are not a lot of fabric store choices but I won't go back.
Fabulous store! Miles and miles of fabric, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their Bernina parts inventory is wonderful (I've purchased several presser feet), and their technicians are skilled. Highly recommend!

I simply love this store. I like to shop where people remember me and my name. I walked into the store today for the second time and was greeted by name. The service is great, the fabric wonderful. What more can a person ask. If I could I would shop there every week.
