Our experience at ACME was hands down one of the easiest processes during our new construction build. We met with another company and did not feel like they were very helpful. Someone suggested we speak with Amber about our home. We made an appointment, met with Amber and she was so helpful with explaining our options to us. She walked us through the whole process, provided us with information to make sure the brick we liked in the showroom was still something we loved when seeing it on a building. We purchased our backsplash from them as well. I highly recommend ACME for their products, prices and service!

We were renovating a house and had shopped all over town for brick pavers, tile(floor, bath, & kitchen backsplash) and hardwood. Acme had it ALL!!!! We couldn’t beat the price or the quality. Plus, Farah our consultant/designer, was fantastic. The customer service can’t be beat. We were very pleased!!! Highly recommend!
Very disappointed with this company. Paid full price for our brick up-front and were given a delivery date of Tuesday, then it became Wednesday morning but it was actually late evening before it arrived and it was only a partial order. Began calling for the rest of our bricks and between the manager, the dispatcher and the salesperson we kept getting the run around about why all of our bricks were not delivered. Finally received our bricks mid morning on Friday. The manager was extremely rude and unapologetic during the process. He acted like it was our fault or like my husband & I were bothering when we were calling and trying to get the issue resolved.
Went in to Acme completely clueless as to what I wanted. After some discussion they helped me figure out an awesome idea for my backsplash...awesome enough to where after posting my before/after pics many wanted to know what by backsplash was and how i achieved the look. Very helpful and so much more than brick.
This is definitely one of Baton Rouge's best kept secrets! One stop shop when building a house. The staff is professional and courteous.
