I’m highly unsatisfied with the customer service because when I walked in there, two Asian ladies kept starring at me as if I was a suspicious person and about to steal something. I feel like I was being racially profiled because of my skin color. I asked for a certain hair brand, along with the color (1B) and the inches (14,16). She comes behind the counter and shows me some hair that I did not ask for. She caught an attitude when I mentioned (GIVE ME WHAT I ASKED FOR INSTEAD OF RECOMMENDING A BRAND OF HAIR IN A HIGHLIGHT COLOR THAT IS NOT EVEN SIMILAR TO MY HAIR COLOR). I told her I’ll just go somewhere else and she was trying to show me more hair after I told her that I was leaving. She caught an attitude again when I told her I’m not paying over close to 200 dollars for some hair extensions I’ve never tried out before. Never again! Don’t waste your time or money. This establishment will be reported to the BBB. Worst customer service.

First and last time patronizing this store. All I need was a wig cap and heat protectant and didn't wanna go too far. Upon entering, I was greeted. I had never been there so it took me a few to look around to see if they had what I needed. After 3 mins of me looking, the cashier, an older Asian man, asked if I needed help I told him what I was looking for and he pulled out 3 overpriced tiny bottles from behind the counter. I told him it was too much I'll look around for something else. All of a sudden, he was closed. He said he closed at 5, tho I ended after 5 and left out at 5:23. If you closed at 5 wouldn't you have told me that as soon as I entered, but because I didn't want to overpay for sample bottles that should not be sold , now you're closed. He was very rude and treated me as if I was disgusting during checkout. Don't waste your time or money here. My normal place is Hair World on Siegen. I've dealt with them for years and they even know me when I come in. ALWAYS amazing customer service there and a way better selection than this place.
