I JUST RECEIVED A Letter from them saying \somebody\ saw my car emitting black smoke and reported my lic plate# to them. Well I have a brand new BMW2015 X-3 RED and it just got its second service a month ago at the dealer, and believe me, there is no visible emissions coming out of that well built car.! Someone with malicious intentions made this report. I guess some people have nothing better to do or they are jealous, or they were behind a diesel truck and could not figure out the difference!. I cannot rate this company yet as I dont know how they will react to my letter, in good will, having to explain all this to them.Sending them a copy of my last service report as well. I am all for clean air and a healthy environment ,,,but of all people to accuse ,,, I am certainly the least guilty of this.I give them a 3 until I hear back from them.
