DON'T GO. DON'T GO. DON'T GO. I wish someone had told me. It's a waste of precious time. We waited in a long line for the train, and then to go back was another long line. The train ride was boring. Rafikis Planet Watch was boring. The petting zoo was mostly goats and they all stayed away from you, behind ropes and fences, so there were zero animals available to actually pet. There were reptiles and amphibians inside the building but it was just stacks of terrariums behind glass, not especially interesting. We did not do the animation presentation, so I can't speak to that. My son was happy to do the Wilderness Explorer badges that were there, otherwise it was a total bust.

We caught a glimpse of one elephant in a cement enclosure and and an empty rhino enclosure then we were dropped off at an extremely dry and boring area where we saw some reptiles and amphibians this attraction was by far the worst

Sitting here wishing we never went on it. If you’re looking to kill an hour and have nothing else to do with your life, come to the wildlife express. It’s a train ride to a boring jungle path then back to the train. There is one running every 15-20 min and no restroom facilities at the depot. No animals are really visible other than the 1.5 seconds of rolling past the Rhino living quarters on the way to the walking path. Everyone giving this 4 stars is suspect and probably an employee.

Great, easy and fun train ride to Rafiki’s planet watch where kids can learn about conservation, Irving with animals, and have a petting area for them as well. You can also see the animal enclosures where vets and keepers take care of the animals.

Really fun train ride where you get to see where the animals are kept. It goes to Rafiki's Planet Watch, and that's one of my favorite things about Animal Kingdom.

Authentic details await visitors for the Wildlife Express Train depot. Details right down to the hand-laid thatched rooftops to the ticket window evoke images of post-Colonial Africa.
