I had been fasting for 12 hours for a prolactin test. My appointment was at 9:45am because it was the only one available. I was there on time and they kept me waiting until 10:12am. Then, they told me that they were not able to do the bloodwork because it was past 10am and the rules for that test is before 10. I explained to them that I was there early and they told me that they had a lot of customers and that it wasn’t their fault. They didn’t even try to do anything and they seem careless about customers. This is the worst laboratory I have been.

Not only was the girl at the front extremely rude, but they lost my blood and I had to retake my blood test again! Terrible experience- Trust me and just go somewhere else
What a bad service they give!! Never ever come to this location.. If you want your time to be wasted, most welcome! I drove all the way from Staten Island to here as I’d appointment at 10AM but guess what.. the lady at front desk is giving her walk-ins friends more priority then the people already in line.. Will never come here again in my life!!
Had blood work done on a Thursday, it's now Monday and still no results. Definitely not a good sign. Also, nobody answers the phone.
