I came to Bell Family Jewelers to create a custom cocktail ring for my wife. It was to be a custom created band with a large morganite stone that would need to be set. To start, I had designed the ring and created a CAD file. Once I brought this file to Steve, he was able to properly engineer my design so that it would be strong enough for the stone and still retain the characteristics of my original design. As Steve was reworking my design, he would send me renderings for each revision to make sure that we were on the same page. He was very responsive to my edit requests and provided great suggestions. Now completed, the ring itself is terrific. My wife loves the ring and has shown it off to many people. The piece is meant to be a very important and personal statement for my wife, and it is exactly what she had envisioned. Throughout the entire process, Bell Family Jewelers were professional and honest. Steve made it very clear that he intended this ring to be crafted with quality. Their price for this custom job was very reasonable for the work that I was asking for. The end result is a great piece of jewellery that will have sentimental value for years to come. Thanks to Steve and Harry for giving us a positive collaborative experience with a fantastic result!
