At another local dealership, I found exactly the vehicle I wanted, went there to look at it, asked them for a couple of days to get back to them, and they sold the vehicle right out from under me, not even a courtesy call or nothing, but when I luckily found another vehicle just like it at Bayside Ford, and salesman Stephen Fitch showed it to me, that was it!! He held on to the vehicle a few days like I needed, and when I made an appointment to go back, Stephen helped me EVERY step of the way until, now I can say that Ford F-250 is mine!! And might I add, every single person that works there truly truly makes you their priority, you'll never regret shopping there.
Bayside Ford is an example of what the buying experience should be. James walked me through my F150, going over every single button and having the patience to show me multiple different vehicles until I found the one I wanted! I am so happy with my new truck! I would highly suggest anyone who wants fast and consumer focused experience to go here!

Stephen sold me a Jeep Cherokee here a little over a year ago and I love it. I came today to get a newer Cherokee with all the features I’ve always wanted, and Stephen AGAIN found me the perfect one! He’s the best! Everyone at Bayside has been a pleasure to work with!!
