After 2 years still love my windows. Still great customer service. Everyone in neighborhood gave the biggest compliments on our new windows. Everything went very smooth and fast. Would do it again if I had another home with poor windows.

I had some double hung, casement windows, and sliding glass doors installed. Very professional company. Very friendly, professional installation, and great customer service. Love my new windows and doors.
I would like respond to the previous review made by Mr. Cigic,who I never met, since it is not accurate. I personally met with the Mrs.A senior citizen who was taken advantage by another contractor who took her money and never came back to perform the work.She was very upset at the time. She came to my showroom to look at the door we have on display. I have quoted her both at the showroom and later at the Tropicana Home Show, 3000 just for the door. I honestly tried to help the lady and had promised her that for additional 500 i will pull the permit, install the door, new moldings and supply and install a new screen for a sliding glass door that the other contractor had installed ,all for the 500. Permit alone cost 150.
This company deserves zero stars, these are really bad and untrustworthy people, professionally speaking. We signed a contract with them to install a door, after months of waiting they said that the price is higher, 1,000 higher. I dare any consumer not to agree with a signed contract, say I changed my mind after 3 months and just see what threats you will get from "The Company". I guess entering a contract is a one way street with this outfit. We agreed on 500.00 increase and waited months again to get door installed. After installation we have door not closing properly issue and it is impossible to get these people out to address the problem, always promise but never show up. They drilled holes for mounting screws and never covered them all and refuse to come back to finish the job, not in words, they always say they will come, but for the last 3.5 months have not. After almost a year of signing the contract, seeing the shoddy and incomplete work, don't you dare get upset with them, because then you will be called rude. WOW! STAY AWAY FROM THESE BAD PEOPLE!
